The Broken Hope fan that suffered a horrendous throat injury during a concert in Texas is recovering and in good condition.

The band notified fans via their Facebook page yesterday that Julio Serrano, who had his throat slit with a box cutter on Tuesday, October 22 at their concert in El Paso, Texas, is doing well.

Broken Hope compiled a care package filled with their albums, t-shirts and other merchandise.

Jesus Ortega, the alleged attacker, was arrested on Thursday, October 24and is being charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
